01. RETURNS POLICY
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the day you receive it. You can return an item if you are unhappy with it, if the product was defected before being sent to you or if you changed your mind.Your item must be in its original packaging and also have the receipt or proof of purchase. We only give a full refund if the item is unopened, wrapped in package and in good condition.The only times we don’t accept a return is when the product / packaging is damaged by you.
When returning an item, it must include a signed Return Merchandise Authorization Form with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Items must be returned to our specified address within 14 days after your request to return is acknowledged by us.
02. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To return an item, you must first request a Return Form with a return number from us by completing the returns request form below. Once your request is received, a Returns Merchandise Form will be sent to you to include in your returns package. Please take note that the return package is your sole responsibility until it reaches us. We suggest you use recorded delivery and also keep a record of proof of postage with a tracking number if possible.
Upon receipt of your item, our team will inspect it and inform you that your returned item has been received by us. We will notify you again as soon as possible of the status of your refund once inspection of the item is complete. Please note that returned items that form part of a larger package are subject to be priced individually in the case of a refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Due to the nature of our business, the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
